Ritch spent over 10 years as a general contractor and real estate investor, which led to becoming licensed in the State of Ohio. Ritch is known for his superior service, competent representation for home buying/selling and property management, with a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations.In 2019 Hanna Mays with 8 years experience of managing properties and hotel business in Ukraine joined the team and got her Real Estate license here in the USA. The combination of this knowledge and an idea to start a successful Property Management business lead to creation of Republic Realty Team.
